Event/Conference Planning Services2nd United States Conference on African Immigrant and Refugee Health

AAD provides consulting services for events/conferences and symposiums planning. Funded by the Office of Minority Health Resources Center—AAD planned and organized the 2nd USA African Immigrant and Refugee Health held in Pittsburgh, PA from September 18-21, 2014. International Work in Southern Africa

AAD implements on-going programming on mental health with immigrants/refugees in the USA and Southern Africa. AAD engages community partners and reaches out to survivors of political, domestic, and intimate partner violence to explore the intersection of their trauma experiences and health outcomes.
